Ten years ago, there wasnt a typical northern Chinese cuisine restaurant available in Chicago. In our first two years of operation, someone even told us that "this is not Chinese food". They thought Cantonese dishes, which had entered the United States earlier, represented all Chinese cuisine. Ten years later, the dishes we offer are now more widely available in the region because of the influence and expertise of many of our former employees, so that the Chicago Chinese food lover not only has more choice, but also a more comprehensive understanding of Chinese food culture. This year, the ABC TV Channel selected our restaurant to explain how the northern Chinese people eat during the Chinese New Year; it has acknowledged Chicagos recognition of our decades-long efforts. Please come to Eds Potsticker house, to experience the northern Chinese cuisine you didnt know.
